Account information: If you create an account, we collect the email address and password you provide through Supabase Auth.

Payment information: If you purchase a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

AI chat content:Messages you send through our AI chat feature are processed by Anthropic’s Claude API. Chat content may be stored temporarily for conversation continuity but is not used for marketing purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to operate and improve the platform, enforce rate limits on free AI chat, process payments, analyze usage patterns to improve content, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic (AI chat), and PostHog (product analytics). Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Data Retention

Rate limiting data (IP addresses) is retained for 24 hours. Account data is retained until you delete your account. Payment records are retained as required by Canadian tax law. Analytics data is retained according to each analytics provider’s retention policies.

Your Rights Under PIPEDA
